Technical Lead Virtualization

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of technologies including Server Virtualization, System Management Software Development for Unified Computing Systems. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in cross-functional teamwork and expose to all facets of the software development cycle from innovation, marketing requirement to product delivery.

Responsibilities:
This candidate will be responsible for delivering system level functionality of a large, enterprise server virtualization management system.

Required Skills:
Prior experience in building management products for Servers is a must.
Strong experience in System Management products such as Opsware, Bladelogic, Cplane.
Strong in Object Oriented Concepts and Design. Solid hands on experience in C++.
Strong experience in design and coding in Multi-threaded and pipelined architectures.

Knowledge of XML: Xpath, Xquery
Knowledge of Meta-model driven systems.
Able to lead software engineering teams

BS/CS and or MS/CS degree with ten plus years of related experience.
