We are looking for a talented Channel Account Rep for the IronPort Business unit to Manage the IronPort channel sales within the assigned territory, Recruit, develop and drive business with channel partners, Aggressive Prospecting within target market, Identifying new partner opportunities including contact qualification, engagement and discovery, Working with direct sales representatives, channel sales, marketing and engineering teams to develop accounts, Drive all channel business from contract negotiation to sales.
At least 5 years channel sales experience specifically working with regional VAR's and/or System Integrators within any of the following technology sectors: Security, Enterprise Messaging, Enterprise Networking & Anti-Virus, and or Virtual Private Networks, Experience recruiting regional channel partners a plus, Track record of consistently exceeding individual and team goals, Ability to work with minimal supervision, Strong understanding of core messaging, networking and security principles, Ability to think quickly, and lead technical discussions where necessary, A "Whatever it takes to win" competitive attitude, An unwavering commitment to the customer and to your team, Strong Entrepreneurial Spirit.
BS or BA in a technical or business discipline is preferred, MBA a plus.
