Hardware Engineering Lead position. Tasks include managing and overseeing the deployment of storage devices on Cisco's next generation of x86 servers.

(1) Deep involvement in the latest storage technology for enterprise class servers
(2) Will be responsible for the successful launch of very important server products for Cisco
(3) Work with various vendors to deliver to market products in a timely manner

Skills:
* 10+ years experience of system level development in server/computer industry
* Strong experience with industry standard hard disk drives, solid state drives, and FLASH based PCI cards
* Current and/or prior experience with Intel x86 products
* Experience working with third party development partners
* HW specification, development, and test experience
* In depth knowledge of schematic capture, PCB layout, board fabrication processes, Electrical DVT techniques, and compliance
* Solid work ethic, customer focus, team player, with passion for delivering world class solutions
