Electro-Mechanical Design Verification Test Engineer (EDVT)

In this unique job a candidate will be involved in :
- Creating detailed test plans/reports for optical interface testing
- Procure logistics required for test cases
- Work with product team members to root cause issues found during testing
- Represent Electrical and Mechanical Design Verification Testing (EDVT) group in cross-functional group with detailed status.

Skill required -
- Knowledge of system level HW reliability/quality and environmental stress testing (Electrical, Mechanical and Optical)
- Some experience or working knowledge of automation test scripting using TCL, Expect, C
- Familiar with Networking protocols TCP/IP,
- Knowledge of environmental test tools e.g. Temp, Humidity, Shock, Vibration etc. testing is desirable.

Education requirement -
Typically requires minimum BSEE/CS plus 4-7 yrs related experience.
